Rental conditions

These prices include:

  • Provision of household linen: sheets, towels, kitchen accessories and tableware for the category of paid accommodation.
  • Hot and cold water, electricity and the use of the unguarded outside car park on the premises.
  • Access to the Résidence L’Incantu heated swimming pool.
  • Access to the Résidence l’Incantu Wifi network.

These prices do not include the tourist tax of €1.50 per day per person.

NOTE: When guests arrive, the flats are perfectly clean and tidy and
they must be returned in the same condition on departure (cleaning service available for €50)

On arrival, the accommodation is available from 5pm.
On departure, it must be vacated by 10 a.m. at the latest to allow cleaning for the following arrivals.

Catering

You can book 1/2 board or full board in our restaurant (traditional cuisine)

  • 1/2 board: € 27/pax/day
  • Full board: € 45/pax/day
  • Breakfast: € 7
  • Children (under 10): – 50% on full or half-board supplements

Payment

Means of payment accepted:
CB, AMEX, holiday vouchers (ANCV maximum 30% of the cost of the holiday), cheques and cash

On booking:
For all flats: A deposit of 30% of the rental price is required.

One month before arrival:
In all cases, the balance must be paid one month before arrival.

Deposit:
A €160 deposit will be paid on arrival to cover any risk of damage to equipment, furniture, bedding, linen, tableware, etc. or any missing items.

Refund:
This deposit will be returned when the final bill is drawn up on the customer’s departure.
